Stop Killing Christians in Nigeria Petition Goes to the White House This Week!
|
With nearly 30,000 signatures so far, RevelationMedia’s petition calling for President Joe Biden to add Nigeria back to the CPC (Countries of Particular Concern) list is headed to the White House this week. This Friday, we will be delivering the petition, along with the first batch of signatures in an attempt to put needed pressure on President Joe Biden and his administration to take a stand against Christian persecution in Nigeria.
If you have not already signed the petition, visit StopKillingChristians.com to do so. Join with us as we take a stand for the lives of our brothers and sisters in Nigeria. Let’s send the message to our government that Nigeria needs to be back on the CPC list immediately. |

Please share this petition with as many people as you can. The more signatures we can present to the White House, the more pressure we can put on them to add Nigeria back to the CPC list. Post on social media, forward this email, and share with friends, family, and even your entire church. The more signers, the more pressure there will be for our government to take action.
Don’t forget, as you read this email, Christians in Nigeria—our brothers and sisters—are being martyred for their faith. There are now more documented cases of Christian martyrdom in Nigeria than every other country combined. Now is the time to take action. We must stand up for our brothers and sisters who face torture and even death for their faith in Christ.
Last year alone, 4,650 Christians were martyred in Nigeria, and thousands more were kidnapped. Torture is common among those who are kidnapped, and women and children are not excluded from this fate. Churches and Christian schools have also been targets of arson, leaving a trail of burned buildings where Christians once gathered. |
Christians in Nigeria are taking a stand against persecution. We are standing with them. |
Last year, our government removed Nigeria from the Countries of Particular Concern “CPC” watch list. This means that our government no longer identifies the persecution happening in Nigeria as a problem. They have turned a blind eye to the killing of Christians in Nigeria. This has only served to embolden the attackers and remove pressure from the Nigerian government to protect its Christian citizens.
You can make a difference. Sign the petition today asking for President Joe Biden to add Nigeria back to the CPC list. Together, we can send a clear message that killing Christians is not acceptable. Thank you for your support and thank you for standing with our brothers and sisters in Nigeria. It’s time to raise our voices together. It’s time to stand against the needless killing of our brothers and sisters in Christ in Nigeria. |
