Calls For Prayer Amid Persecution
Sadly, ChinaAid's media team reported on the arrest of several Christians and pastors on arbitrary charges. On April 11th, Pastor Wan Changchun of Living Stone Reformed Church was arrested and the church's accounts were frozen. Church members sent out a call for prayer. Here's a list of several more brave Christians you can pray for who have been arrested.
Pray for Pastor Wan, his family, church, and their CCP persecutors.
Father Xie Tianming Disappears
News emerged that Father Xie Tianming of the Diocese of Baoding lost contact with the outside world on April 10th. While information about Father Xie remains very limited, some news sources allege he decided to join the "official" church and become a government-recognized priest. If this is the case, he will be held in an undisclosed location and politically "re-educated."
Pray for Father Xie, his family, and all Christians within the Baoding Diocease.
