Pastor Sun Hongguang of the Holy Covenant True Word Church in Jilin province was taken by police during Sunday worship and detained for 5 days. Pastor Sun gave up an opportunity when he was young to study abroad to become a preacher. Here's the fruit of his 20+ years of service to the Lord.

Chang Hao files appeal
Preacher Chang Hao was sentenced to one year and one month in jail for his Christian faith on May 14th, but walked out of the court on time served. Now, Preacher Chang is filing an appeal for a fair judgment of his case due to the many procedural violations he endured. Here's more details.

Chen Wensheng sentenced to prison
Street evangelist Chen Wensheng was sentenced to 1 year and 7 months in prison on June 20th for his Gospel preaching. So far, Chen has been detained 9 times for 130 days in total for his ministry efforts. Here's how Communist Party officials blocked his family from attending his trial in April.

Pastor Du Mingliang sentenced to jail
We've learned that 76-year-old house church Pastor Du Mingliang of Shanxi province was detained back in March 2021 and sentenced to 5 years on a false "organizing illegal border crossing" charge.
