Galatians 4:4-7
4-“But when the fullness of time had come, GOD sent forth His Son, born of woman, born under the law, 5-to redeem those who were under the law, so that we might receive adoption as sons. 6-And because you are sons, GOD has sent the SPIRIT of His Son into our hearts, crying, “Abba! FATHER!” 7-So you are no longer a slave, but a son, and if a son, then an heir through GOD.”
The one true GOD has made a way for us to be saved from our sins not based on what we can do for Him, but based solely on what He has done for us in His mercy. In His great “agape” love for us, GOD gave us His only Son to rescue and save us from sin, death and hell. CHRIST JESUS has bought us out of slavery of sin and into GOD’s family. In Him, believers in CHRIST are adopted as His sons and daughters, full children—we are GOD’s heirs. We are given the HOLY SPIRIT, making it possible to call Him our ''ABBA,'' meaning ''FATHER.”
WHAT A GIFT! We don’t deserve CHRIST yet GOD loves us and freely offers us His priceless gift of salvation through faith in JESUS CHRIST! This is the very heart and message of Christmas!
Do you know JESUS? He is GOD’s most precious gift to all of mankind! Receive CHRIST and you’ll never regret it!
