Opinion: Don’t Let the Bright Lights of the Olympics Blind You to the People Suffering in Its Shadows
ChinaAid President Bob Fu and the Family Research Council's Arielle Del Turco wrote an opinion piece for the Epoch Times about how millions continue to suffer under the Chinese Communist Party's oppression during the Olympics.
Bob and Arielle write "the CCP goes to great lengths to obscure its human rights violations. And the Olympics is a propaganda opportunity like no other. Bringing the most prestigious sporting event in the world to China’s capital undermines efforts to hold the Chinese regime accountable for its behavior."

Secret Trial For Gao Heng Finishes With No Verdict
ChinaAid reporters also covered the latest concerning Christian Gao Heng, a Christian attending Guangzhou Bible Reformed Church and a suspect of “provoking trouble and picking quarrels” by sharing the Gospel on the streets.
He was tried secretly on February 11th but no verdict was announced. ChinaAid sources reported his family, friends, and fellow Christians at his church were banned from the trial.
